Delivery area and charges

Online checkout is currently available for mainland Great Britain. Standard delivery is £15.00 ex VAT (£18.00 inc VAT). Products requiring oversized delivery show a fixed additional surcharge in the basket before payment. Please contact us for islands, Northern Ireland or other destinations.

Lead times

Most products are dispatched directly by their manufacturer. The business-day lead-time range shown on each product is our current estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will contact you promptly if the manufacturer advises a material change.

Consumer cancellation and returns

If you are buying as a consumer, you can normally tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Contact us before returning anything so that we can provide instructions. Unless the goods are faulty or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct return cost, including any specialist carrier needed for large equipment.

We will refund eligible returned goods within 14 days of receiving them back, or of receiving evidence that you sent them, using the original payment method. We may reduce a refund where handling beyond what would be reasonable in a shop has diminished the goods’ value. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.

Business purchases

The consumer cancellation right does not apply where you buy wholly or mainly for business purposes. Please contact us immediately about any damaged, faulty or incorrect business order.
