These terms apply to products ordered and paid for through this website from Penguin Media Solutions. Our contact details and trading address appear below.

Products and prices

Products offered through online checkout are new goods. Product pages show the universal sale price excluding VAT, followed by the consumer price including VAT. The basket and checkout show the total payable, including VAT and any delivery surcharge, before payment. Negotiated or project discounts are handled offline and do not alter website prices.

Orders and payment

Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place the order. An automated acknowledgement does not oblige us to supply where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or the manufacturer cannot supply the item. If we cannot accept an order after taking payment, we will notify you and refund it promptly.

Availability and delivery

An “available for online sale” product is one we currently expect to source from the manufacturer. It does not represent physical stock held by us. The lead-time range is an estimate and may change when the manufacturer updates us. See our Delivery and Returns policy for delivery areas, costs and cancellation information.

Your information

We use order and contact details to take payment, fulfil the order, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits a consumer’s statutory rights. Business customers remain responsible for confirming that products are suitable for their intended system and application.
