The Lightware 25G‑LAYER‑IR‑80 is a compact IR routing and extension module engineered for Lightware’s 25G signal management architecture. It enables seamless IR (infrared) control signal transmission across the 25G network, supporting both IR emitter and receiver paths. Designed to fit within the 25G LAYER ecosystem, the IR‑80 module allows integrators to centralize and distribute remote control signals through a unified infrastructure, eliminating the need for point‑to‑point IR wiring. With bidirectional IR capability, the module is ideal for boardrooms, corporate AV systems, lecture theatres, and digital signage setups, enabling control of displays, projectors, set‑top boxes, and more from remote rack or control room locations.
