The MX2M-AUX-8AUDIO is an analog audio input and output board for the MX2M modular matrix family. The board has 8 analog audio ports, each individually configurable either as an input or an output, making this card a versatile solution for analog audio signal management.
Description
When configured as an output, the LPCM signal routed to the analog output port in the Audio layer from any of the video or audio inputs is converted and output as an analog signal. Similarly, the analog audio received over an analog audio input port of the MX2M-AUX-8AUDIO board can be routed to any video or audio output over the Audio layer.
The hot-swappable design means that users and operators can change the board quickly and easily without the need to power down the device.
