Analog Telephony Card (POTS)
4x RJ-11 connectors
Provides four RJ-11 interfaces to connect Q-SYS Core to analog telephony environments.

The QSC CTEL4 is an analog telephony (POTS) I/O card for the Q‑SYS platform, offering four RJ‑11 ports to integrate standard telephone networks with Q‑SYS systems. It simplifies bridging between analog phone lines and AV systems in meeting rooms, conferencing environments, and hybrid telephony deployments.
As a Type 2 hardware card, CTEL4 is compatible with the newer Q‑SYS Cores and I/O Frames (but not physically interchangeable with older modules). The card supports 300 Hz to 3.3 kHz frequency response ±0.5 dB, an input/output impedance of 600 Ω, and offers dynamic range of 54 dB. It handles two-wire ring-start station ports and two-wire loop-start trunk ports, connecting easily to standard POTS or analog PBX lines.
Because of telephony current limits, CTEL4 cards have installation limits per host device (e.g. a Core 510 supports up to three CTEL4 cards) to ensure system reliability.
Note that CTEL4 is not supported in redundant I/O card configurations, since POTS telephony doesn’t support redundant wiring.
Ideal in corporate, broadcast, or AV systems needing traditional phone-line integration, the QSC CTEL4 provides seamless analog telephony connectivity within your Q‑SYS audio architecture.
